Construction Enquirer News Latest acquisition for expanding London refurb contractor

Gaysha Limited has acquired interior fit-out and bespoke manufacturing specialist GS Contracts (Joinery) Limited.

The move support’s Gaysha’s expansion in the fit-out market as the London focused business continues to grow.

GS Contracts was founded in 1992 and employs 31 staff.

It has extensive experience across the leisure, hospitality and commercial sectors and is based in Colchester, Essex.

The business has its own manufacturing facility which produces bespoke joinery and metalwork supporting both fit out projects and stand-alone joinery projects.

Ian Elsey, Chief Executive Officer, Gaysha Limited said: “GS Contracts provides an excellent opportunity for Gaysha, as we look to expand our offering for our clients and gain greater control of our supply chain.

“The acquisition of GS Contracts will allow us to tender for a wider range of projects across a multitude of industries and gives us the outlet for high quality joinery in-house.”

GS Contracts will be governed by the Gaysha Limited Board but will operate as a separate trading entity within the group.
