Construction Enquirer News Firefighters rescue workers from rubble after collapse

Four people were injured when a roof collapsed during renovation work on a house in Windsor, Berkshire on Thursday.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue officers rescued two people trapped in the rubble while two others were treated at the scene for minor injuries.

The two seriously injured victims were taken to local hospitals.

Fire crews were at the site for more than four hours making it safe before it was handed over to structural engineers.
