Construction Enquirer News Former commercial directors Sean Ruddy and Dean Lee hired to expand south east operation
Tilbury Douglas has hired two former Balfour Beatty London construction directors to its South East office.
Balfour Beatty construction services commercial director Sean Ruddy joins Tilbury as regional commercial director after nearly six years at the firm.
He is also followed by Dean Lee, former Balfour London commercial director, who joins as regional operations director.
Ruddy brings with him 35 years of experience working in London and the South East, holding senior commercial roles for other Tier 1 contractors including Matthew Hall, Lend Lease.
Lee has over 30 years of experience in London and regional businesses and has a strong background in commercial management, together with operational roles with Kier before Balfour Beatty.
Before this he worked for Murphy, Morgan Sindall, Laing O’Rourke and Wates.
Both men hold an MSc in construction-related law.
Both roles will report to Richard Boeg, Regional Managing Director for Tilbury Douglas in the South East.
